Hey Bill, it is worse than that. You said that she does not represent the legal system, but the sad reality is that while she is completely unethical and totally corrupt, she is pretty much representative of the system as it is today. Nancy Grace has twice been brought up on prosecutoral misconduct my a State Supreme Court. She has tainted jurors with her "all suspects are considered guilty" without benefit of trial. "We are screening your calls live," refusing to accept calls critical to her. She claims to honor the Constitution but claims that any defendant refusing to "testify against self" (the 5th amendment) is tantamount to an admission of guilt. Her "evidence" is based upon conjecture and wrongly claims that polygraphs are error proof although the US Supreme Court has never allowed interpretative results as evidence. She is openly hostile and rude to defense lawyers, constantly interupting them, talking over them and abusing them by shouting at them. There are many people in this world and some of them are very, very sick. So sick that they would kill a child such as Nevaeh. The problem with people like Nancy and Beathny is that they do not understand that sickness, nor do they care to. I am going to quote something right from the USDOJ Bureau of Statictis site, "Blacks are disproportionately represented as both homicide victims and offenders.
